Please note: To avoid disappointment when booking B&B, advanced notice ( three days prior to arrival) will be required for dining.
Half Board Rates

Which includes accommodation, full Devon breakfast and a three course Dinner, all inclusive of Vat at the current rate.
DINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY NIGHT
Rates are per room and night, two people sharing.
Minimum stay two nights.
All rooms are double or twin bedded en-suit with sea views, flat screen tv, free WiFi, tea making facilities, hair dryer, bath robes and toiletries.
We have no family rooms.
Dogs are welcome at £12 per day, please provide food and bedding. (Maximum two dogs)
A £100 deposit is required with all bookings and will be credited to your account on arrival.
Cancellations
If a reservation has to be cancelled within 14 days of arrival and we are unable to re-let the room, there will be a cancellation charge of 50 % of your total booking.
To protect against such an eventuality, we strongly recommend that guests take out a suitable insurance policy, which we can include upon request.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms available from 2pm, please vacate by 11am on the day of departure
